Poor service
I purchased a car at the end of 2012. On viewing it was agreed some repairs were needed before collection. On collection and may I add without advice, the parts and work had not been completed. To date, I have been without my car for nearly 3 weeks, whilst agreed repairs were allegedly completed. I collected the car, sort an independent garage to assess and .. Most of the work has not been done. The staff are extremely rude, have no skills in customer service or solutions and it was alike to a parallel universe to 1950. The auto trader was also a breach as it was not as described either . To date: I have returned back twice and still my car is faulty as sold
