Poor service

I purchased a car at the end of 2012. On viewing it was agreed some repairs were needed before collection. On collection and may I add without advice, the parts and work had not been completed. To date, I have been without my car for nearly 3 weeks, whilst agreed repairs were allegedly completed. I collected the car, sort an independent garage to assess and .. Most of the work has not been done. The staff are extremely rude, have no skills in customer service or solutions and it was alike to a parallel universe to 1950. The auto trader was also a breach as it was not as described either . To date: I have returned back twice and still my car is faulty as sold

Avoid at all costs!!!
Please do NOT use this company. They sold me an unsafe car even when I took my 2 year old with me to buy it. There's an unreal amount of problems with the car, it's Been 'being fixed' for a total of 12 days even tho I told them they day I brought it home that it had a few faults, I am now aware of more including dodgy wireing, worn breaks and air bag fault (an mot failure) been ringing them for 3

ithout doubt the worst buying experience ever!! car was terrible from day one and was near impossible to get it sorted !if you buy a car pray it doesnt go wrong as they wont be interested! i had to take them to court to get my money back!! dont risk it !!!

Bought a car from the Forrest Town site in April 2015 the day after it developed a fault, the guy in the sales office delt with me in a very proper manner even though I may not have been in the of moods and he even sent a mechaic 18 miles to rectify my problem I woud certainly buy from them again

Faulty Car, rude staff.
I purchased a car in May 2014 and it was sold with multiple faults. So far, Sherwood Hall garage is refusing to repair the vehicle's faults and I am having to proceed with legal action against them. faulty vehicles, rude aggressive staff, no customer service. READ ALLTHE REVIEWS ONLINE BEFORE BUYING!!!

I recently brought a BMW from sherwood hall and the service from start to finish was first class ,all the staff were really helpfull . I had a problem with a light on the dash/ air bag ,its was dealt with straight away by their aftersales team .I would certainly use again .FIVE STARS .thanks Ms E edwards
