No after sales care
We bought an Audi Q7 from this dealer. The day after we collected it the front number plate fell off and it took 10days for them to send a replacement. When we picked it up it had no parcel shelf in it, was missing a mud flap and had a padlock on the headrest of the back seat ( previous owners child had put it there). We asked for the shelf and missing mudflap to be sent to us and for the code for the padlock. 3 weeks of pestering later we had the parcel shelf but no mudflap and no code. We were basically told that the previous owners didn’t know it and we would have to get it off ourselves. The mudflap was supposed to be attached to the parcel shelf package but was missing. We are now 6 weeks later and we still have no mud flap! My daughters friend managed to crack the code on the padlock so at least that is off. We won’t even go into the abs warning light that came on and cost us £165 to get a new sensor put in within a week of collection or the satnav disc that was so badly scratched it didn’t work and we
