Disgraceful

On the advert it said that car is ready to go but it wasn't. I wanted to return the car within 24 hours however they'd not give me £299 of the price (admin fee). When I asked the seller about any issues with the car before buying it he said there were none and it runs perfectly fine. I only found out about the issues when I got back to my town 2 hours later. After returning the car to be fixed, there were FOOD CONTAINERS when I came back to pick it up few days later, so they obviously used it for other reasons while"fixing" it. They fixed most of the issues in car so at least it works now. Also BE VERY CAREFUL as they charged me £150 processing fee when I paid by credit card. Later I found out that from the 13th of January 2018 it is illegal to charge it. DO NOT PAY BY CASH as if you have any problems, you'll not get your money back. If you want to check the car make sure that you take it to a different mechanic as they know each other very well and don't check the car properly.

sold an unfixable car
I've been sold a faulty car. Bought a 3 door hatchback from this company last month. The car engine is now bust. The car now is not road worthy. Can't believe these people have sold me a car with such bad engine faults. Just spent £300 in the mechanics to be told the damage is unfixable.
