Car was nice, shame about the people selling it.

I was lied to by the manager and one of the mechanics working for this company.

After picking a car, being told I could have it and going through the finance application with the garage (which I was fully approved for on Monday), today (Thursday) the garage 'ACCIDENTALLY' sold my car to another lady called Sophie. Which is astonishing, as the manager had told me when I popped in yesterday to pay my deposit, that he would prefer me to pay all the money on Friday when I pick the car up as "HM revenue and customs dont like it when you pay in two parts". He assured me that the car had been moved to his storage facility so that people would no longer enquire about it and said he looked forward to seeing me Friday.

So either A) They are lying to me (which is what I think had happened) and when the car disappeared from the display they had sold it, hence why they wouldn't let me pay the deposit.

Or B) they are actually that stupid that they would sell a car to the wrong Sophie, despite the fact that they had

The warranty assist given by this dealer is a complete con
This dealership use a company called Warranty Assist of Reading & it is a complete con they will not pay any monies when things go wrong & will not reply to any correspondence We are now having to take court proceedings The cost of repairs £3400 which we have had to pay out & this is so wrong when you think your vehicle is covered by warranty we just want to save others going through this
