This dealership use a company called Warranty Assist of Reading & it is a complete con they will not pay any monies when things go wrong & will not reply to any correspondence We are now having to take court proceedings The cost of repairs £3400 which we have had to pay out & this is so wrong when you think your vehicle is covered by warranty we just want to save others going through this

I was lied to by the manager and one of the mechanics working for this company. After picking a car, being told I could have it and going through the finance application with the garage (which I was fully approved for on Monday), today (Thursday) the garage 'ACCIDENTALLY' sold my car to another lady called Sophie.
