Dont trust rmc



I bought a car from here last September, after one week if driving it I broke down twice in one day and the breaks started makeing a load squealing sound, one of the back doors wouldn't open, the cd player didn't work and the speakers are temperamental, I spoke to rmc after I had taken it to my local garage where they told me there's a air leak,

Rmc said they will have a look at the car when they had it for a week I got told there's nothing wrong with the car but they did fix the door problem.

I didnt want the car back I asked for a refund which they refused

When I had it back it had lacquer peeling on the front bumper which it didnt have when i dropped it off to rmc. It went to my local garage again after it broke down 4 times on they way there i had to pay my local garage £120 for find the problem which was a blocked throttle body rmc garage couldn't seem to find that problem even though the car stinks of petrol and the black smoke coming from that back didnt give them any hint definitely wouldnt advic

Very poor customer service and sales process
I don't usually write about a poor service but I firmly believe that people should know about the experience I had from this motor trader... I have purchased 4 cars with Rhondda Motors and found them to be very good indeed having a few minor problem (lights on c4) which was quickly resolved Will have No problem purchasing with them in future

Avoid
This garage is a total rip off don’t deserve any business and their customer service attitude is so bad . I’d of put zero stars if possible . They sold a faulty car to my daughter who has paid out so much in a year and broken down numerous times she hates driving it , do not purchase cars from them .

Be warned-do not buy a car from this dealer!
I purchased a vehicle from Rhondda Motor Company in April and I have had nothing but problems with it since it left the forecourt and ultimately, the car no longer runs due to a major fault.
