ZERO stars, please oh please do not use.

Car was sold with apparently a huge sets of checks done and FSH. When car was delivered it had no paperwork, no manuals, no service book, nothing. There were faults right away,interiors lights stayed on when set to door, draining battery, and full SATNAV/CD player/Radio unit did not work. It was the wrong unit fitted, it was from a left hand drive car not UK spec. Unit was just there to fill the gap in dash. After months of pestering I got a SATNAV unit with no codes,I had to get these from Honda as dealer would not reply. When I eventually got the service book it did not even have a FSH, there were ones missing. Truly truly woeful. Do not use this garage.

I had the car less than five days before it broke down. Prestige Auto Lounge were incredibly uncooperative and unhelpful with the whole situation, and continually tried to con me into a decreased refund. I've contacted the citizens advice bureau, and even still the company are trying to find ways to get around giving me my money back despite being well within my rights to claim. I slightly over
