Terrible customer service from service dept
I have bought three cars from Peter Vardy. I was very satisfied with the first two. The third one however was a very different story, to the point where I will never deal with this company again. Car has broken down three times in 8 months. Communication is utterly appalling, passed around by recptionists to numbers which ring out or left indefinately on hold. Calls are not returned emails are ignored. Unable to fix the problem on first two occasions. Was without my car for a total of a month. Communication was extremely poor got the car had to call repeatedly for updates, was told someone would call back, they repetedly didn't. Problem has now reoccurred, have let service dept know both by phone and by email. The car is under warranty, despite this they have done nothing about it. Will never deal with this company again.
