Appaling customer treatment and service

Shocking and appaling customer service. I Purchased a landmark discovery sport which includes a contrast roof. Vehicle was delivered without contrast roof, dealer never informed me from the point I ordered the vehicle to the time vehicle was delivered that my vehicle did not have a contrast roof due to supply constraints with the manufacturer which the dealer was aware of prior to ordering my vehicle. Pre delivery inspection was done and I was never informed the contrast roof was missing. Vehicle was delivered to my address and the dealer thought I might not notice the vehicle doesn't have a contract roof. I identified the issue and gave dealer a chance to put it right with an authorised garage in Aberdeen. I was led to believe my vehicle will be taken to kinghorn in Aberdeen who are a JLR approved garage however my vehicle was actually sent to a Non approved JLR garage without my knowledge. I have bought three cars from Peter Vardy. I was very satisfied with the first two. The third one however was a very different story, to the point where I will never deal with this company again.
