Nightmare dealer
Unfortunately had to use them for a head gasket on an Alfa 156 1.9JTD when they held the Alfa franchise. Took 4 weeks to look at the car, then did the work in week 5 and charged around £1200 for the job only for the air intake pipe to pop off 10 miles down the road and then they had the cheek to try and charge £200 to refit it properly.... until I asked how they could change a head gasket without disturbing the air intake system. 6 months later they sent a letter from their new "quality" person saying that as a gesture of goodwill they were not pursuing payment. Needless to say they have now lost the Alfa franchise.
I've also had problems with them on my Fiat breaking the windscreen when trying (on second attempt) to fix the problem that I told them about, and then insisted of having the courtesy car back leaving me with a car with a broken windscreen that would fail an MOT until they could get the parts in to fix it. The problem with the Fiat was that the air con was draining into the footwell, yet on the first visit the report back was that there was not an engine coolant leak!
And when I changed the Fiat for a Peugeot (after a load of problems with the Fiat), and that developed an oil leak they failed to order the parts until they had diagnosed the problem despite me telling them which part had gone as my dad's car had an oil leak from exactly the same place (same engine) about 6 months previously, which then meant another trip into the dealer to get the leak fixed.
Terrible customer service, don't communicate well with customers and don't listen to what the problem is. Will not use them for anything anymore.
And maybe I am fussy but I also have a background in vehicle design and test so know what I'm talking about which they don't seem to appreciate!
