bought a BMW convertible car on this dealer it was on a Friday and they promised me that the car was going to be ready on Monday which was a lie, the didn't get ready until the next Monday when I used to call them they would say tomorrow if you call the next day its a different story. finally they called to say the car was ready when I drove the car for about a mile I discovered that the car had problems, clutch was gone, radiator was gone, tires worn out on the car that they had just put MOT on , roof stopped working a week after, the car was smoking and oil leaks on the engine. The car had lots of problems some I did not mention, when I bought the car he gave me a 2 months warranty which was a lie when I called to tell him the car had problems he would give me excuses and tell me he had already spent a lot of money on the car. I would not advise anyone to buy any car from this dealer as all you have is nothing but regrets.

Dont go there - avoid like the plague at all costs!
Don't know what checks they did on my vehicle, but I'm still finding faults a year after I bought it. Spemd a fortune rectifying various faults. Don't know how it passed THEIR mot because a year on, it has failed with many dangerous issues. I've only covered 2k miles in it, since I bought it, so highly disappointed. I bought vauxhall insignia 2012 as advertised on auto trader. I asked them over the phone and sent email to ask if any problem faults or damages. They said in excellent condition and no faults whatsoever. Recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer and have had nothing but trouble since. Lots of faults with the vehicle and despite promises to put right they did not. They have lied to me on several occasions and are not contactable when you try and get hold of them. I recently bought a car from this dealer having seen the car advertised on Autotrader. Car turned out to be clocked
Bought car with 65k and FSH. I took the car to main dealers for a service. The main dealers informed me the car had done 114k 2 years ago. The service book was from another car. I have tried to resolve this with the dealer but they keep stalling me. I'm now going to take this up with trading standards and VOSA.

I put down 500 pound deposit on an A3 last November only to find out it had previously been written off. This company didn't state this & only after deeper investigation to the previous owner I found out. Still awaiting refund of deposit & currently speaking with Trading standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Cannot contact owners.
I have been trying to get the service book & spare key since I bought the car six weeks ago. I have made over 20 phone calls & keep getting fobbed off with the owners are not here & they will phone you back, which they have never done.
