Simply amazing - the kind of service you don't see anymore
I have been absolutely blown away by the service from Johnny and the team at Parkland Motor Company. They deserve more than 5 stars. From start to finish, everything they did was thoughtful and honourable. I moved to the UK from Australia and Parkland Motor Company (I was served by Johnny) really took care of me when I needed to buy a car. It was a recent trade-in vehicle and hadn't yet been detailed, but even though I had already said I wanted to buy it, they were particular to ensure that the car was in impeccable condition for handover - they detailed it thoroughly, replaced the floor mats, put in a new spare tyre, serviced it, and then delivered it.
All the while they were considerate, patient, communicated clearly and effectively, and were simply a pleasure to deal with. Just - wow!
If you need a used car, I can unreservedly and wholeheartedly recommend Parkland.
