STAY AWAY

Bought a car from these clowns drove up from Cornwall after sorting finance out to pick it up. Car look really good as described over the phone. After doing all the paper work which they were very helpful with as they were getting some money headed back home. After pulling into service station after 200 mile noticed the exshaut was blowing phone up and they promised to sort it which after 2 months of waiting and lots of phone calls a new exshaut turned up but they refused to pay for it to be fitted even though the car came with 12 months Waranty. 5 months go by and the engine starts to get a loud tapping noise phone up the Waranty come and told to take it to halfords for it to be looked at. Halfords not got a clue so told to take it somewhere else. Found a quality garage that took car in and found the problem which was a worn can chain tensioner Waranty company would not replace this part because they don't cover it. So really not happy start a case with the finance company and after 3 months of car being in

My husband part exchanged his car which had outstanding finance left on and bought insignia from them.they promised to clear the finance left on his old car.6 weeks is gone now and they still did not clear the finance. Fraud, avoid, avoid, avoid !
Took car in part exchange but never paid outstanding balance of £8000 It has been over a month and this did not happened. They refusing to pay, communicate, not answering calls, emails . I reported them to National Anti-Fraud agency and just have been to Police station to report a fraud. Car i bought after 6 weeks leaks oil

DO NOT USE!
Travelled 600 miles to view a car which was not as described. Took a deposit to 'hold' which they will not refund! Have been promused it back ever since. Owner was out and out rude and aggressive. Staff just lie through their teeth! If your thinking of looking at a car here, Don't!
