Bought a 3 series BMW marked as 3200 from Owens last April 2017. On test drive I noticed it had an oil leak from engine so pointed out and agreed the sale on the caveat that the oil leak was repaired this was written on the receipt. A couple of days later I received a call to say the oil leak had been repaired.

After a month or two I could still smell oil burning on the engine when I checked my oil the level had dropped dramatically again so I rang Owens and they arranged to get car looked at and rectify the issue.

The car has been in a total of 5 times over the last 12 months with the same oil leak on each occasion we were told it was fixed when in fact it was not.

The last visit to rectify oil leak the garage has told Owens to be 100% sure it traced and fixed would cost them £1200 which there not prepared to pay, Ownes have promises time after time to replace like for like but never comes through, we were offered A gas convers

I have bought five vehicles off Owens express motors for my self and my family over the past 6 years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else there are exceptional at the quality of vehicles they sell along with the care and after service they provide mr owens and his wife could not have done any more for me I highly recommend this company

My Son recently passed his driving test and I wanted to get him his first car and I asked Leon if he had or could he source me the perfect vehicle for him for his 21st birthday I gave Leon an idea of the type of vehicle I wanted and what a car I received I could not of been happier within a couple of days a 21 reg black Mercedes a class Amg line was available the car was in perfect condition full

A professional experience
Everything was spot on with the car. When the car arrived everything was explained perfectly how to youse and what to check if there was any problems. My experience with Owens express motors was a 10 out of 10

Fantastic vehicle and fantastic service.
Bought a Berlingo from Leon and his team. All I can say is what a great bunch of people. First class service and price. Will 100% buy again. Already told family and friends to go to them next time. Thanks Leon. ????

Awful experience - wouldn’t recommend
Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Purchased a car around April time which was advertised as 96k miles with FULL main dealer service history. Upon viewing and collecting the car it had 97.5k miles and part service history via a mixture of independent garages and main dealer. I would totally recommend Owens. Leon and his wife immediately made me feel welcome and at ease. They are straight, decent and honest people and Leon went out of his way to sort finance on my car. Horrible experience and careless aftercare ??
Purchased a small car but ended up loosing out after finding out the service book is missing and having to pay for thing the garage promised to pay for. Later found out that they block your calls if you try to ask for help? At your own risk.
