I found this car dealership to initially be a cut above the rest, helpful and obliging with a good range of quality vehicles for sale. My findings rapidly went downhill after 5 weeks of waiting for the new v5 document. DVLA inform me that the change of owner details V5 was never sent or received at the time of writing i am extremely worried in case the vehicle i purchased is scrap or worse a stol

Avoid at all cost

We pre-booked an appointment to test drive a car. We drove 2 hours to get to this dealership only to be told that we can test drive the car only if we buy it. We wanted to test-drive it first and to see few other cars too. At this point seller changed from polite, to rude, obnoxious and aggressive. We couldn't test-drive the card and drove 2 more hours back home. Dealership simply wasted 4 hours

Shocking customer service.

Saw a signum online through auto trader. Rang the garage to try and place a deposit on the car but were told we weren't able to and if the car went, it went.
