Disapointed Buyer

I found this car dealership to initially be a cut above the rest, helpful and obliging with a good range of quality vehicles for sale.

My findings rapidly went downhill after 5 weeks of waiting for the new v5 document. DVLA inform me that the change of owner details V5 was never sent or received at the time of writing i am extremely worried in case the vehicle i purchased is scrap or worse a stolen

Vehicle for which i have taken finance on, at the time of writing only time will tell. I did contact the garage to enquire but my call waz met by a torrent of rudeness and contempt.q

Avoid at all cost

We pre-booked an appointment to test drive a car. We drove 2 hours to get to this dealership only to be told that we can test drive the car only if we buy it. We wanted to test-drive it first and to see few other cars too. At this point seller changed from polite, to rude, obnoxious and aggressive. We couldn't test-drive the card and drove 2 more hours back home. Dealership simply wasted 4 hours

Shocking customer service.

Saw a signum online through auto trader. Rang the garage to try and place a deposit on the car but were told we weren't able to and if the car went, it went. We travelled over 200 miles to view this car, my partner (a qualified Vauxhall technician) took a good look round it before we spent our money. Went there searching for our new family car. I was very impressed with their selection and the quality of their cars.
