Trader from HELL- Total Scam!

Purchased a BMW X3 on 31st Jan 2017- had all the talks everything will be here when you collect. Went to collect on 3rd Feb 2017. Car did not have no logbook and excuses where made why they did not have it (i.e.) someone else had it and the list goes on! No service details , no manual etc! Anyway took their word and went to tax the car at the local post office they sent me (Wembley Tesco) Lady at the counter informed me she was unable to tax the car as the system said "error 6005". Took car back to dealer and they said they would resolve. Have since requested the logbook again and the excuses just keeps coming ! Contacted DVLA myself on 6th Feb and they informed me that:

1. Car has not been taxed since March 2015

2. Last keeper from 2015 have not informed them that they have sold the car

3. Car has not been SORN

Contacted this company also known as Adrian Motors(NBA Motors) on 6th Feb after I spoke to DVLA promised a callback and no one has called. I will be returning on 7th Feb for my money!!

I have been cheated by them

They used fake log book copy to hide first part of log book which mentioned car history. After one month I got new log book from dvla and I found it is a category C vehicle with history of insurance write off and found 6 previous owners....Don't be yoursef next victim

A++++ Went out of way to help

Bought a civic for £3400 and on the following morning the car wouldn't start. We panicked and thought we were sold a lemon. First experience and would definitely go back!

I had my doubts about using NBA Motors but after this experience can't say a bad word. Hard to find inside the industrial estate but great choice of cars and excellent team to look after you when you get there.

RUN A MILE

Do not buy BMW 320i 2007 estate, the engine is shot. We returned it after two days when we noticed blue smoke coming from the exhaust (very bad news) his 'mechanic' 'fixed' it but same problem occurred after a month.
