car broken and wont fix it under warranty got to go to court

We bought a car from here a few months ago, when we purchased the car I thought the clutch felt really high and suggested that the clutch needed replacing but was told don't worry if it does go we will replace it under the warranty.

After a few weeks the clutch went and I called them they were really helpful and I took it to my local garage and they paid most of the cost of replacement.

A Couple of months further down the line the car broke down and we found the car had an existing oil leak from the head which had leaked onto the fan belt, the fan belt had worn through and snapped and got jammed in the cam belt which had destroyed the engine.

I called and spoke to Paul again thinking that he would repair the car as it still had 2 months warranty left and t was an existing fault that had caused it to occur.

The repair bill is £1200 when I only paid £1500 for the car in the first place.

They have left me no choice but to go to court with this and go through the stress of all the court process.

Perfect car, perfect customer service, highly recommend

Avoid at all costs!

I bought my very first car from Mylson and I wish I'd not! Nothing but problems from the brakes that were so low on the pads they were dangerous, to the shocks that were absolutely knackered, to the accident the car had been involved in prior to me buying it that I was not made aware of! Sold me a car with major problems.

I recently bought a car from Mylson which had a full tank of fuel. After a couple of days the fuel tank was giving erroneous readings and then a fault showed up on the dash which identified a 'fuel system fault'. Spoke to Alex and Paul before travelling from Shropshire to Manchester and their honesty and professionalism was so refreshing after so many calls to other dealers.
