Avoid this company at all costs - scammers and thieves!!

I bought a BMW X5 from Motorhub July 2021 for £6989. Five days after I took it for a service before my holiday. Only to find oil in the coolant tank. I Called the garage and was told to claim on the warranty. Not a word to say sorry for what's happened. The warranty was not fit for purpose because the max claim was only £250 !! and it was not covered. So I had to pay to have the work done. On the 1st of Aug 2021 I was going on holiday when the car broke-down on the motorway. Breakdown recovery was called. DPF error code. Called the warranty company. Surprise surprise it was not covered. So I had to pay for it to be re-gain. Four days later the car broke down on the motorway AGAIN. Injector error code. The car needed six injectors. I Called the warranty company. Surprise surprise it was not covered. I have emailed motorhub and sent letters several times. NO REPLY !! My bank and the trading standard is now helping me to recover my money. If that don't work i will take them to a small claim court. KEEP AWAY FROM

Scam! $500 indisckosed document fee

Bait and switch! They wait until the last minute to tell you about a $500 DOCUMENT FEE!!! Ridiculous as we are in PA so the only thing they would actually do is sign a title and provide bill of sale!

I brought my Aldi Q3 off these people I spent £6000 , we went all the way from Birmingham to see the car and took it for a test drive. Worst car sales in uk check there background

Went to view bmw had a grinding noise so motorhub agreed to have it sorted I agreed to come straight back up for it once fixed they agreed to this with me that I was to go back for it once problem was sorted and once log book was there as for some strange reason they had no paperwork for it got all screenshots .. had message this morning to say he’s sold the car very sly of them to do this .. just

This place is a rip off

Anyone should never buy a vehicle from this Place of business, I bought a grand Cherokee for my granddaughter after having this car for only 5 hours it broke down needing a engine.owner refused to get on the phone and of course no compensation just a toltal loss of my money. DONT BUY.

They will sell you cars that will break down within a few months. My car stopped on the motetwat 3 months after i bought ot and they refused to get ot fixed. Im taking them to court. Save yourself the headache. Buy you cars from a decent place. Not these cowboys.

Crooks and thieves.

I’m not one to leave reviews but please avoid this place at all costs. I bought an Audi S5 from these people a few weeks ago. They had trouble starting the car so agreed to send me to their MOT garage for a new battery. I wasn’t charged for it.
