Worst dealership ever

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!

I bought a Citroen Spacetourer (Reg: BH19WXV) from Motorhub (Motorsure Ltd, Keighley, West Yorkshire) on July 27, 2025, sold as "ready to go" with six new injectors. Ten minutes into my journey home, I noticed white smoke, which they claimed was just residual diesel burning off. Shortly after, the engine started misfiring, and I was advised to continue driving. A few miles later, engine management lights appeared, signaling an engine fault and performance loss.

I called again, and they told me to carry on. Eventually, after topping up the AdBlue, I reached my parents' house and arranged for recovery the next day. On July 28, 2025, they refused a refund, saying they would repair it. By July 29, they hadn’t even started diagnosing it. I requested a refund under the Consumer Rights Act, but they refused.

After weeks of delays and no real updates, they finally identified a faulty injector but continued to lie about when it would be fixed. On August 12, 2025, they told me the

Scam! $500 indisckosed document fee

Bait and switch! They wait until the last minute to tell you about a $500 DOCUMENT FEE!!! Ridiculous as we are in PA so the only thing they would actually do is sign a title and provide bill of sale!

This place is a rip off

Anyone should never buy a vehicle from this Place of business, I bought a grand Cherokee for my granddaughter after having this car for only 5 hours it broke down needing a engine.owner refused to get on the phone and of course no compensation just a toltal loss of my money. DONT BUY.

They will sell you cars that will break down within a few months. My car stopped on the motetwat 3 months after i bought ot and they refused to get ot fixed. Im taking them to court. Save yourself the headache. Buy you cars from a decent place. Not these cowboys.

Crooks and thieves.

I’m not one to leave reviews but please avoid this place at all costs. I bought an Audi S5 from these people a few weeks ago.
