Car was exactly as described very true to what i was told over the phone

Arrived to collect car and was cleaning the car

About 3 months ago i bought a car from this car dealer...it was a ford cmax grand looked good with a service record AA inspection...wish i never went onto the lot....first 2 days the DPF came on so went back to garage they said it needs to be regenerated and i need to drive it longer journey's to burn of carbon...so get that fixed. Just over a week car breakdown on me the AAcome out the DPF pipes

Deceived and misleading

Do not consider this garage
Poor customer service Vehicle purchases was unfit for purpose and not safe to drive. They tell lies and keep you waiting for months. They do not trade under the consumers right act of 2015. Be very careful when purchasing a vehicle from them as they will not give you your money back or fix your vehicle correctly. It took me over 8 months to get my refund back through a third party. Stolen deposit
Car not in accordance with the actual state. The counter is cut in half and the center of the car is dirty and damaged. Despite their early resignation, they do not repay advances.

Disgusting Service
Do not Entertain this company with a sale. They are so underhand it os unbelievable. If its not Brand new do not BUY from these people. They are unsafe and they feel they have no duty of care to their customers. The way they speak to you is extremely unprofessional and just plain rude.
