Disappointed! Appalling after sales experience.

Pre sales experience wasn't great but my nightmare began after I had bought the vehicle, I never received my log book V5, it took many calls/ both to Motor-range and d.v.l.a two months it finally took to receive it. I also was sold vehicle with faulty rear screen for which I sent them independent confirmation from Toyota along with the price. (At point of sale I was reluctant to buy because I lived over 170 miles away from motor-range but was told by salesman that should any problem arise with vehicle I can get it resolved from my local v.a.t registered garage under warranty, and that they will do 120 point vehicle check etc.) I was made to chase salesmen, then service managers to then finally General manager the level of customer service got from bad to worse, my calls emails and letters were ignored, I was made to suffer, Once you've parted with you're money they're just not interested. I will not buy from there ever again!

My stepson (24) bought a 19 plate BMW in September 2024. He went without us (had we known we would have advised against buying from them as a couple of years prior my husband was fined from DVLA after part exing his car for one of theirs, so I know their systems are rubbish at best and chaotic) When I went with my stepson to pick the car up I noted there was not a 12 month MOT. This was resolv
kept my fuel money and give me car untaxed without telling me
I went to Motor Range to look at a 1 year old Kia on Sunday the 29th May 2022 of which I was very impressed with , after we did the deal the salesman Steve told me that he had just recently sold the car and they returned it as it was to slow and that the previous owner was going to bring the log book in to the showroom on the coming Thursday which would be the 2nd June and that he would tax the ca
I would never deal with Motor Range ever again!
I would never deal with Motor Range ever again! We purchased a used car from them and the entire experience has been awful. Before we picked the car up… • Their alloy refurb services were poorly done. • Interior trim services poorly done with paint over spray on to panels. • They ordered the wrong boot button replacement part – twice!! • On collection the car had a flat tyre; clearly no pr

Since i bought this car i have had lies told to me ppor repair work and the car they sold had a really bad hidden past which thwy kept very quiet. The cars was a ex lease car and has had a recon engine put in as the last one blew. At point of sale i was told one owner and full service history this was not true. They tried to rectify this after alot of emails explaining the car had the fault within

Took my mother to buy a car. Wasn’t sure what she wanted. Took a few test drives. Settled on a Vauxhall Astra. Picked it up the next day. She loves it.

Very poor after sales services
I bought a car from them two weeks ago 6/6/18 Motor Range Magull. it developed a grinding noise at the rear when braking. I took the car back. They inspected the car, said they could here the grinding, but it was acceptable as it would pass an MOT . if there’s a fault surly they should fix it. I Said I would take to another garage because I was not happy. I also asked if they find a fault would y
Disgusting service
I was passing this garage and thought I would call in as we were desperate for a new car,I saw a Vauxhall Antara and decided to go for it,I saw a sales man who then sent me through to the finance guy, after a couple of days I got a call saying it had been passed and I needed to call in to sign the paperwork. I returned and signed then asked for a test drive,I drove the car and there was such a ban
