AVOID

Avoid this dealer!!! Arranged to buy a car from montreal cars this Wednesday, drove 2.5 hours to collect on day arranged, took time off work. No one was in , place just locked up!!! Was trying to reach on a phone ringing for 4 days !!!! not a single reply to emails or phone calls after this. NO apology! 5 hours of travel wasted. Never normally complete reviews but this left me gutted

Great Customer Service

I bought a lovely Seat Leon from Rom a week ago. Very good customer service, friendly, not pushy with the sale, seemed nice and honest and happy to make sure i was happy with the car! Its a really nice car and I’m loving it. Rom felt trustworthy and feel confident if I have any issue within the warranty he will sort them out!
