Purchased a 210k vehicle. Mis-sold finance

Purchased a 210k vehicle. Mis-sold finance & taken Sytner Group 6months to admit liability as there are calls that evidenced the mis-selling. Furthermore the sales process was evidenced in the call recordings as racially discriminatory / prejudiced by senior sales managers. The matter is now with the ICO, Motoring & Financial Ombudsman. I know the sales team here do a brilliant job and the management support the local community as well (I've been to Rugby Business Network events there), and recently had my car services there too. Everything was handled quickly, efficiently and in a very professional manner

Our personal experience was top notch. Great service from booking the test drive to arranging all the documents and finally getting the car. Definitely the best dealership in our experience and we've been to 5 other locations/brands apart from MB Bristol in the last 3 weeks.

I can say that the price and the way I was treated on my CLS63 service was top class. I picked it up on a Sturday morning and they were very busy but the recepionist made sure I was aware who I was waiting for and given a coffe. If you look at the reviews they are 2-3 years

Worst experience ever... I called them from a problem I had, they said they would call me back as soon as possible, and they never called back! I had to find another car service in my area to do my job. NO RESPECT AT ALL!
