avoid!
Being at my first experience in buying a car, I thought going to a dealer would have proved in being a better and safer experience. I was wrong! In September 2011 I bought a used Renault Clio for almost £3000 from LFA trading. After a couple of weeks I noticed a noise coming from the rear suspension. Having a general feeling of “something wrong” with the car I had the car inspected by a consulting engineer and independent assessor. The outcome of his inspection was that it had been in an accident and that it had not been repaired to a satisfactory quality level (in relation to the Sale of Goods Act 1979). It took me almost 3 months to be settle down the dispute and have my money back! (together with the time spent on the phone with consumer direct and trading standards, the letters sent to the trader, and lots of stress and extra expenses). The dealer is very rude and doesn't refrain from treating you disrespectfully the minute you are the one requesting some customer care.
