Really Bad Customer Service Avoid at all costs
Bought a car from Leo's motors and only had a couple of weeks when the heater broke (this was the heater they repaired when we bought the car). Rang Leo's motors and they told us to take it back only got 10 miles down the motor way when the head gasket went, got the AA to take the car to Leo's and when I rang they said would only take a couple of days, after a week I rang them and after my first call they wouldn't answer the phone! They then took to communicating by text very annoying eventually got the car back after nearly two weeks, only for two weeks later the heater to go again along with the oil leak, the car kept cutting out for several minutes and then would start again, along with problems with the timing chain etc etc, this time told them I had contacted trading standards and by law was entitled to get a refund but they refused they said to take it back and they would sort, after all the texting as again wouldn't answer the phone eventually gave in and they repaired, but when we collected the car t
