I recently purchased a Jaguar S-Type from Launceston Car Centre, which when I first put down the deposit, had a flat battery, so I was unable to check all the systems on the car or take it for a test drive. That did not matter though, as every item I subsequently brought to the attention of either Brian, Steve and Ross was rectified to a very high standard, with no quibbling.

Would happily recommend purchasing a vehicle from this company.

PS: Guy's, even the backlight on the front passenger door window switch is working; following a gentle tap... would you believe it!!!

Very good customer service
Purchased a Vauxhall from here and very pleased with the car and that it was good value for money at a very competitive price. Very good customer service from all the team, especially Steve, and very happy with the professionalism and product knowledge shown by Ross.

First class service
Bought a Honda CRV 65 plate after trying 5 different cars. Vehicle had a few faults but they were all corrected after I brought them to their attention. No quibbling or trying to put me off. I was allowed to try out the cars on my own without being supervised. Very honest and open about condition of vehicles. First class customer service. I would certainly buy from them again.
