Never ever again!!!!

I bought a kia sedona in october. A day after purchased i noticed, while on the motorway, that most of the wheelnuts were loose. We brought the car back there and they tightened it with the excuse things like that can happen. Then only 2 month after we needed a new alternator, over the winter we had to jump start car a few times, turned out it had a to small battery in it. In january i got a letter saying i need to pay tax for the car they got aa part exchange, they didnt sort the deregistering like they said they would. Took car to mot last week, surprise surprise it failed. One advisory was that there is a sparkplug as a sump drain (dangerous). Know its their fault as when we bought the car it had a oil leek and they "fixed" it. Been to garage today to get repairs done for mot. Garage had to take wheels off and noticed there was the wrong wheelnot on the threat which made 2 studs break so i was basically driving on 3 studs instead of 5. went to lanarkshire car centre and demanded my money back or that they pay repairs and basically been told to f off as i was aparently bad mouthing them. Contacted trading standars and they told me when i can proof with a garage that its not wear anf tear, then they have to pay repairs!!

£2300 out the window. My smallest child was 3 weeks old when the wheel nuts were loose. Gut instinct to drive slowly could have saved mine and the 4 kids lives

I bought my second car here in 2 years. Great service, freedom to browse. No pressure or hassle to purchase.. went out of there way to get me a good finance deal when other dealers refused due to my age. A couple of niggles sorted out without question for which I thank Antony, David and there mechanic..I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a first time or anytime car change.

Great service , will be back !

Bought a car three months ago now and it’s been fantastic. Even after my warantee was up I took my car in as a bulb was out and needed my windscreen washers topped up. The guys done it right away and it was free of charge. Can’t fault them at all.

Worse car dealer you could find

Car lasted less than 200 miles they do not repair even if it's under warranty and have no intrest helping you once they have your money. After losing the court case I brought against the car centre they are still refused to pay or even contact me, it's been over a year since the court ruling. This Place is a complete and utter joke! cars are overpriced, most if not all cars are faulty, Customer Service is terrible, The Place should be shutdown! Please Please go elsewhere with your money! BUYER BEWARE

Really hate to say this, however I never thought i'd come across such people in my life. My car didn't last a week. Excellent little micra purchased here

Bought a Nissan micra here for my partner last month and the car is going great, had a puncture last week and although this wasn't covered under warranty , the had me back on the road in 15 minutes with no charge, very happy with the service
