Not impressed at all
This did not feel like a legitimate business transaction at all.
I organised with the dealer to come and view a car that I had seen online. I turned up to what is essentially this chap's house (his website would lead you to believe that this is perhaps a used car dealership), and got no answer at the door. When I called the number on the website, he had forgotten that I was coming. 20 minutes later he turned up with the car.
The car had a large amount of damage that was not included in the description of the car on AutoTrader. The boot lock had quite clearly been tampered with. And in the back of the car was a tyre pump. After our test drive, during which he offered up no information about the car, I noticed that the back right tyre was completely flat - he had obviously pumped it up round the corner before bringing the car around to show me, yet hadn't mentioned it
I left fairly sharpish. I would not buy a car from this dealer.
