WARNING!!!

THEIR WORD MEANS NOTHING!

We agreed a sale price on my vehichle on the 17th of this month to purchase the Audi r8 'JJ PREMIUM CARS LTD' have advertised on the internet. However today we are ready to complete the transaction and the price has been increased by £4000 in a matter of 10 days!!!!

These jokers should not be trading cars! Now i can appreciate the comment that 'LIAM' made about there previous businesses FAILING! NOT THE BE TRUSTED!!

Dear Will,

We agreed to a sale price of your part exchange vehicle against our Audi R8 based on the details you gave us, including the mileage. However, after carrying out a HPI check on your vehicle, it flagged there was a large mileage discrepancy on the national mileage record, stating that your vehicle did not have genuine mileage. HPI advised against us purchasing your vehicle, which we explained to you and also gave you a copy of the certificate in order for you to make your own checks.

You did call us back to discuss the purchase of our Audi R8 with your vehicle still being used as a part exchange, at which point we made you aware that we could not honour the original offer. Im sure can agree this is reasonable. The new offer you received was based on a vehicle with falsified mileage.

At no point did we increase the value of our vehicle.

We are not sure who 'Liam' is and we have never operated under any other company name.

Sell faulty cars. Restrict your rights to use the CRA 2015.

This will be straight to the point as it's now with the small claims court. This company sells faulty cars knowingly. They tell you you cannot use your short term right to reject within 30 days. Every attempt to use the Consumer Rights Act will be squashed by Luke, the after sales boy. He thinks he is above the law. He hasn't even bothered to reply to my lawyer. Avoid jj premium

Where to start with jj premium cars. I found an Audi a1 that I liked very much, after reading the awful reviews for this company I was hesitant at the start. I spoke to Lucy, who told me to trust them and that there’s two sides of the story. Lesson learned, I shouldn’t have trusted them. Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, problems from day one, actually four hours into ownership and no accountability from JJ premium cars. They were unable to replicate issue when they had the car back for one week.

Be very aware "No premium Service here"

I traveled 5 hours to pick up a purchased Range Rover Evoque for £15,000. I had paid the deposit of £500, 10 days before. Absolutely fantastic service from Danielle. At no time throughout the whole process was she pushy as per your usual car salesman. Having a young family the car was just what we were looking for and we had some picky requirements. Thank you very much JJ Premium Cars. We will defiantly be back when its time for a sporty upgrade!

Terrible experience dealing with JJ Premium Cars Ltd, Peterborough.
