Warning Avoid JJ Premium Cars Ltd

Terrible experience dealing with JJ Premium Cars Ltd, Peterborough. Bought car over the phone agreed 12,000 JJP insisted on taking a 500 deposit, car described as excellent condition, upon inspection the car had 2 dents, 4 small rust marks, rear hatch boot did not sit straight, drivers side sill protruded.2 large scuff/scratches 6x5 inches... when challenged on the dent in the rear quarter panel i was told a body-shop or dent master will be able to get that out ! 12,000 for a car that needs to go straight to a body-shop really!!!, asked for my deposit back then they turned nasty refusing to refund me apparently it was a non refundable deposit that i had no idea off, i am now fighting to get my deposit back. Plenty of reputable dealers out their do not make the same mistake as me and buy from JJ Premium Cars Ltd

Sell faulty cars. Restrict your rights to use the CRA 2015.

This will be straight to the point as it's now with the small claims court. This company sells faulty cars knowingly. They tell you you cannot use your short term right to reject within 30 days. Every attempt to use the Consumer Rights Act will be squashed by Luke, the after sales boy. He thinks he is above the law. He hasn't even bothered to reply to my lawyer. Avoid jj premium

Where to start with jj premium cars. I found an Audi a1 that I liked very much, after reading the awful reviews for this company I was hesitant at the start. I spoke to Lucy, who told me to trust them and that there’s two sides of the story. Lesson learned, I shouldn’t have trusted them. They force you to leave an £100 Deposit before you can even view the car, also trying to force you to do

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, problems from day one, actually four hours into ownership and no accountability from JJ premium cars. They were unable to replicate issue when they had the car back for one week.

Be very aware "No premium Service here"

I traveled 5 hours to pick up a purchased Range Rover Evoque for £15,000. I had paid the deposit of £500, 10 days before. JJ Premium Car selling now Mazda3 for £750 who will going to look this car be careful ! Repair this damage cost plus is £600! And we went yesterday( a lot milles) and she didn't say nothing...sad just small noise but nothing serios. Be carefful before you go .....

Professional from start to finish

Absolutely fantastic service from Danielle. At no time throughout the whole process was she pushy as per your usual car salesman. Having a young family the car was just what we were looking for and we had some picky requirements. Thank you very much JJ Premium Cars. We will defiantly be back when its time for a sporty upgrade!
