Be very aware "No premium Service here"

I traveled 5 hours to pick up a purchased Range Rover Evoque for £15,000. I had paid the deposit of £500, 10 days before. Upon arriving the car was dirty along with a flat rear offside tyre "Which has now been found to have a puncture" The Cigarette lighter was missing just a hole with wires hanging out and the front main headlight had a bulb not working. The car was supposed to go through a thorough check and a full service. "Yeah Right" After my return home, I have now found out the following. The Front Brake Pads and disks were at the limit of dangerous and the car had in fact NOT been serviced at all. No invoice to prove a full service and No MOT paperwork provided. The headlight had clearly not been looked at as a bulb was out along with the airbox being loose. Added to the fact that inlet pipe into the airbox had bolts missing to fix the unit to the chassis and no dust cover was fitted to the back of the light. As far as i am concerned no Due diligence was taken at all. Please just be very aware of this

This will be straight to the point as it's now with the small claims court. This company sells faulty cars knowingly. They tell you you cannot use your short term right to reject within 30 days. Every attempt to use the Consumer Rights Act will be squashed by Luke, the after sales boy. He thinks he is above the law. He hasn't even bothered to reply to my lawyer. Avoid jj premium
Where to start with jj premium cars. I found an Audi a1 that I liked very much, after reading the awful reviews for this company I was hesitant at the start. I spoke to Lucy, who told me to trust them and that there’s two sides of the story. Lesson learned, I shouldn’t have trusted them. They force you to leave an £100 Deposit before you can even view the car, also trying to force you to do
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, problems from day one, actually four hours into ownership and no accountability from JJ premium cars. They were unable to replicate issue when they had the car back for one week.

JJ Premium Car selling now Mazda3 for £750 who will going to look this car be careful ! Repair this damage cost plus is £600! And we went yesterday( a lot milles) and she didn't say nothing...sad just small noise but nothing serios. Be carefful before you go .....
Professional from start to finish
Absolutely fantastic service from Danielle. At no time throughout the whole process was she pushy as per your usual car salesman. Terrible experience dealing with JJ Premium Cars Ltd, Peterborough.
