Dodgy dealer - Don't risk it

- Bought a car in relatively good condition, pushy sale

- JGM agreed to fresh MOT, oil & filter service and replacing a missing aerial

- Sidelight bulb was out & wiper blade was torn upon pickup, both would cause an MOT to fail

- Primary key didn't turn car over

- Emailed and text JGM several times, no reply

- Phoned up and got into heated argument after questioning MOT validity

- They were rude, condescending and arrogant

- Found out through checking MOT online that car failed for sidelight bulb and broken registration plate lamp (both issues still present)

- MOT was subsequently passed without issues being resolved

- Garage that did MOT are likely in cahoots with JGM, putting dodgy cars back on the road

- Had car checked over by independent garage, found it had next to no oil, which indicates a service wasn't done either

- JGM avoided all future correspondence and had their legal team, Legal Solutions 4u respond

- Legal Solutions 4u then ignored my replies

I purchased a second hand car from JGM Motors at Coalford Farm for my daughter in November 2017, the vehicle came with a 30 day warranty. The car turned out to be defective, not to a standard of mechanical worthiness that would reasonably be expected, the dealer failed to make good any of these problems or to honour his warranty. I bought a hyundai santa fe automatic 59 plate i have got to say that this is the best car i have ever bought. It runs like a new car. It meets every thing that they told me about it and more. Thanks for the first class service i have no hesitation in recommending you to all my friends.

2nd car from this dealer and will be going back
This is my second purchase from this family business and i cant sing their praises enough. My first purchase of slk 280 was taken into part ex against a 2011 x5 msport. Very helpful with the finance and bank details im self employed and there was nothing for me to apart from leave bank details with the office. This was even done over a bank holiday. 5 star service and another happy sale. T

Warning...Do not buy a vehicle from this place.
When I bought a car earlier this year everything seemed to go ok on the day but on the day after I agreed the sale they were on to me to pay the full amount, asking to ring my bank to hurry up the transfer. Good old fashioned service
Although the Sat Nav took us straight there, it didn't look much like a garage, I found everybody very professional and so helpful.
