courteous and professional

I genuinely don't understand the negative reviews on this site for JGM. I found them nothing but helpful and accommodating and am more than happy with my recent purchase from them. I've been given all the information I need and any issues are dealt with in a timely manner. Gary and Tracey (and their son) were all a pleasure to deal with and I won't hesitate to do business with them again in the future.

I purchased a second hand car from JGM Motors at Coalford Farm for my daughter in November 2017, the vehicle came with a 30 day warranty. The car turned out to be defective, not to a standard of mechanical worthiness that would reasonably be expected, the dealer failed to make good any of these problems or to honour his warranty. This is my second purchase from this family business and i cant sing their praises enough. My first purchase of slk 280 was taken into part ex against a 2011 x5 msport. Very helpful with the finance and bank details im self employed and there was nothing for me to apart from leave bank details with the office. This was even done over a bank holiday. 5 star service and another happy sale. T
Warning...Do not buy a vehicle from this place.
When I bought a car earlier this year everything seemed to go ok on the day but on the day after I agreed the sale they were on to me to pay the full amount, asking to ring my bank to hurry up the transfer. When I collected the car a knock started from the steering but I thought no problem because I had a 6 month warranty supplied by warranties 2000, but this became null and void because JGM motor

Although the Sat Nav took us straight there, it didn't look much like a garage, I found everybody very professional and so helpful. further to my last review this situation has now been resolved to my satisfaction. can has been repaired and my son received compensation for the inconvenience. They had been waiting for a part and the garage let them down.
