Don't not use this business.

I've been using this place for the last two years because it's local to me but will be going elsewhere in future. They don't seem to have a clue. Had van in for a service in March. Told it was £159 and would take an hour. Took nearly four hours and they tried to charge me over £600. They have signs on the wall saying the have courtesy cars available but they no longer offer this service. Had to come back five times to collect a wing mirror that kept coming in white and not the correct black. Ordered two keys and cancelled one the next day with one of the staff but told when I came to collect key that no you can't cancel an ordered key even though it hadn't been cut. They then tried to charge me for the keys again. When I told them I'd already paid he said well you have to pay extra for the programming because they don't charge for it up front. I told him to check his paperwork and yes I'd already paid for something he was trying to charge me for again. Absolute shambles. Go elsewhere.
