Dreadful and stressful experience.

How I wish I'd read these reviews before buying a car from here! Went to see a Mini Cooper S, car drove well on the test drive and looked in great condition. Was shown an immaculate service history and thought I had found myself a bargain.

Twenty minutes after pulling away from their office, the ABS came and and the brakes started grinding loudly and juddering. Following this, the exhaust started to blow (loudly!) and the puncture light came on.

I managed to pull into a garage who happily diagnosed the car as COMPLETELY UN-ROADWORTHY, stating that the tire pressure for each tire was 70PSI, completely unsafe and could have blown up at any point.

I took the car back and was argued and argued with, resulting in me losing £100 despite getting a 'refund'. I will be reporting them to trading standards and hope to get my £100 back, and the cost of both taxis and trains back to my home in Norwich.

The staff were rude, argumentative and unsympathetic. DO NOT BUY!

Bought Mercedes CLK and I am very pleased with it, got it for cheaper with compare to other on autotrader, I am very pleased on friendly staff too. I can recommend Them to others.

They sold me an unroadworthy car.

I would strongly advise against visiting Jason Motors to buy a car. I wouldn't trust these guys to wash my car,let alone sell me a second hand one! I bought my first car here in Dec 2015,a little Citroen c1.It broke down on me twice,one being on Xmas day. The first break down was due to it needing a new battery and starter motor. The second a smaller issue of replacing the clutch cable clip. Both

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY

My car had some issues after i purchase from them but i glad to say that they dealt the problem promptly under warranty which cost me nothing. I can understand every body can not be happy like me but i do not expect 100% I will recommend people to atleast visit Jason Motors and see them how good they are. I am happy about my car because they spend over £600 to repair it 2 months after the purchase

Run away!! Please don't fall victim as I did. It ruined me!!
