Unprofessional and untrust worthy trader

I brought an Audi A3 from this dealer and when it rained a couple of days later there was no back wind screen wiper and I noticed that it was broken of with a sharp plastic part scratching the window, also the sun visor clip was broken and what is worse I saw the salesman, George open the sun visor and close it, but still didn't mention it was broken. I called the phone number and he said he will replace the wind screen wiper but not fix the scratches as i caused them!!!!!! To accuse me of doing this when he knew it was broken before i brought the vehicle. I waited 4 weeks for the V5C to arrive and when it didn't i rang the DVLA to be told they haven't received any documents to transfer vehicle to the new keeper, and that I will have to do it and pay £25. Everytime I call the number listed it sends me to voicemail and even the mobile number I have goes to voice mail. This leads me to believe they know its me calling and are deliberately not answering. Do not buy a car from here, the staff member is very unpr

Smooth and stress-free!

Honestly, I was expecting the usual dealership pressure and games, but this place was a breath of fresh air. From the first message to driving away, everything went smooth.
