Very poor and dishonest customer service

We bought our car shortly before the change of ownership. The car was missing the Sat Nav SD card which was sent to us quite quickly, but unfortunately the wrong one was sent. We were asked to return it and we do so, by this time it was under new ownership. We were assured they would however honour their agreement to send the new card (all they needed to do was send back to Nissan and get the right one as it had already been paid for and the one we sent them was a newer version therefore more expensive). 2 months have now passed and despite calling and chasing Andy...nothing! He tried to tell me that because of new owners they didn't have to honour the agreement, that he couldn't do anything about it! They had the other card returned, it would cost nothing to change! If they had of been honest from the outset and said they couldn't be bothered to help we could have sold the other SD card on eBay and bought what we needed. Instead looks like we will be £70 out of pocket. Terrible service. AVOID!

Bought a car from Ivybridge motors at the end of May this year and was sold a warranty for £399 that covers a free annual service per year for lifetime of ownership. Received a letter at the start of July stating that the company had been sold the day before and my warranty was no longer valid. I have bought my last three cars from this garage and have never had to go back for a thing. The cars have all been good value and Garry (the salesman) is always a pleasure to deal with. Nice to find a car salesman with a personality without being sleazy!!!
Avoid, avoid, avoid!!
Very good and very friendly when you're about to spend thousands of pounds on a car, and very good at upselling their next to useless warranty. When it comes to problems and genuine faults with the car however, they mask the problems any way they can. Have since taken my car to another garage and have had to pay thousands to get it fixed. Avoid. Avoid. AVOID!
