EXCELLENT SERVICE! Would definitely use Influence again!

Sorry guys I have been meaning to write a review for 18 months since I bought my fab Rav 4 from you! Now I am at home nursing a badly sprained ankle, have some time on my hands and thought I’d better catch up with that review!

Like most people I know buying a scond hand car can be a fraught and tense experience you never really know what you are getting. I saw my car for sale after a lot of searching, at Influence in Leatherhead, about an hours journey away for me.

I went to see the car and at first thought it a bit strange as it’s a small garage located on an unmade road (maybe this has changed now).

Although the car is an older model it was presented in an extremely clean and tidy condition, and parked outside ready for me to look it over. I took it for a test drive and at no point was there any pressure from the salesman, in fact I felt extremely comfortable with the whole experience.

Someone you can trust..Hard to find!

Always difficult buying a used car. James made this a breeze. Very relaxed and confident of his stock and support therafter. This was an easy choice , I didnt just buy the car , I bought the confidence in knowing that should someting go wrong after Purchase that these guys had a vested / sincere interest in finding a solution.

Friendly service

I hadn't bought a car for many years so I was a bit wary! I found my Range Rover here. The car was lovely and in excellent condition and I felt very comfortable buying it through James, who was extremely helpful. There’s nothing I hate more than being pressured into buying something, esp when it’s a big purchase like a car. No pressure here at all. Both Tom and James were very patient with me and all my questions (sorry!!). I love my gorgeous mini, so “thanks a mill” it was all worth it (for me!). I hope it runs forever, but if I ever need to replace it I’ll be back to pester these guys again!!
