Incompetent and arrogant
we bought a new Xtrail from this dealer. Items missing when we collected it, including handbook, aerial and protection pack boot liner. Trim had been stuck on by the dealer in the wrong place, and subsequently fell off.
After 3 months, we've had 2 breakdowns. The dealer refused to even look at it, claiming it would be at least 2 weeks before they could even run a diagnostic test, and that it would take over an hour.
RAC did a diagnostic test in 5 minutes. We were recovered to a different dealer, who fixed the car promptly. The problem? Holdcroft had set up service intervals incorrectly at PDI.
For an easy life. avoid Holdcroft like the plague.
