COWBOY COMPANY!

Absolute sham of a company. To start with I called over 20 times to see when I could pick my car up that had already been paid for by my finance company and no one wanted to know. 6 times I was told someone would call me back and they didn’t. When I did speak to someone they didn’t seem to grasp the fact that they had just received £12,000 for my car and they were so blasé about it like I had just forked out a fiver. The guy on the phone was so useless and unenthusiastic and it really put me off buying it. The fact that their customer service was so poor set alarm bells for me so I did a back ground check and found that the car that I was due to pick up had done 103,000 not the 55,000 it had claimed to have done on the advert. All of this was enough to withdraw my sale, however that was two weeks ago and my finance company STILL have not received the funds from them. They keep making all kinds of excuses to avoid paying so this leaves me with £12,000 debt and no car!!! Please don’t put yourselves through thi

Absolute nightmare
I purchased a BMW from this garage. They mot’d the car while I waited and it passed with 1 advisory. On the drive home the car was banging every time I went over a bump. Also the engine management light came on. When I got home the drivers door would not lock. I reported the problem by email that night. No response. Numerous phone calls and voicemails and emails throughout the week and no response
Massive regret
Unfortunately bought a car from these idiots. Really wish I hadn’t. They give zero customer service and don’t even bother to call you back. Please don’t buy a car from these guys as it is your hard earned money. When I tried to get hold of any one to discuss the problems with my brakes it was nearly impossible and when I did get someone it was like he wanted an argument. Should have bought from a
Terrible Customer Service, Non-Existent Replies
The customer service at Hilton Car Supermarket is appalling, and the manager has refused to speak to me on the phone on three occasions. The showroom staff also have interesting customer service etiquette, especially the sales rep who asked me to type in all of my own details on the Finance Application form because it would probably be quicker and easier... I reserved a vehicle on Thursday 1st

Absolutely Terrible Service, Full of Lies
Absolutely disgusted with the service received, spoke to sales guy on 5 separate occastions to ask if the car is available during the week, spoke to him on the day i went to see the car on Saturday 1st of June , he advised car has come back from prep and ready to view, drove 1 and a half hours to view the car only to be told car is still awaiting prep not even at the site, couldn't test drive, wai
Liars and cheats. Id keep away and go to a reputable garage
Awful experience trying to deal with this company. They offered me 26800 in a part ex against one of their cars but when it came to striking a deal took 3k off the price and refused to complete the deal. The main sales guy is a complete waste of space. He is the ultimate dodgy 2nd hand car dealer (which we didnt appreciate until we were ready to drive 4 hours to go and do the deal with a cash t
2015 Jaguar XF
Bought a Jaguar XF from Hilton car super market and it all went downhill from there! The day I drove it home the car lit up like a Christmas tree with faults. Took a week to have it fixed only to find out it was worse than I took it in! The list of issues were a key that didn’t fit any of the locks, the history I was promised never showed up and every time I tried to drive it I had to have the AA
