EXCELLENT CHOICE OF CARS

Firstly the choice and range of cars is excellent, so much to choose from. The service received from the sales guys was very friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. Test driving the cars was very easy and you could test drive as many as you wanted. Overall a very easy and enjoyable experience.

Sold faulty car never paid for car service as was promised
I bought a BMW 3 series from Hilton Car Supermarket and the very next day ,i started to notice the faults car has ,so i contacted them about the problem, and they gave me their mechanic contacts, it was very difficult to communicate with him, after a numerous calls and emails i was advised to do a diagnostics of the car at the nearest garage. I contacted them again and they told me to order a part
to be avoid!
this company sold me a car with missing parts amd more issues!avoid them if you wanna save yime and money!my next step is to call them in court and share my experience on all social networks
Absolute nightmare
I purchased a BMW from this garage. They mot’d the car while I waited and it passed with 1 advisory. On the drive home the car was banging every time I went over a bump. Also the engine management light came on. When I got home the drivers door would not lock. I reported the problem by email that night. No response. Massive regret
Unfortunately bought a car from these idiots. Really wish I hadn’t. They give zero customer service and don’t even bother to call you back. Please don’t buy a car from these guys as it is your hard earned money. Terrible Customer Service, Non-Existent Replies
The customer service at Hilton Car Supermarket is appalling, and the manager has refused to speak to me on the phone on three occasions. The showroom staff also have interesting customer service etiquette, especially the sales rep who asked me to type in all of my own details on the Finance Application form because it would probably be quicker and easier... Awful experience trying to deal with this company. They offered me 26800 in a part ex against one of their cars but when it came to striking a deal took 3k off the price and refused to complete the deal.
