The customer service at Hilton Car Supermarket is appalling, and the manager has refused to speak to me on the phone on three occasions. The showroom staff also have interesting customer service etiquette, especially the sales rep who asked me to type in all of my own details on the Finance Application form because it would probably be quicker and easier... Awful experience trying to deal with this company. They offered me 26800 in a part ex against one of their cars but when it came to striking a deal took 3k off the price and refused to complete the deal. Bought a Jaguar XF from Hilton car super market and it all went downhill from there! The day I drove it home the car lit up like a Christmas tree with faults. I bought a car, they've rushed me to buy it quicker, just had a quick look at it, a few days later problems started to show - oil leaks, worn out disc brakes, hard steering wheel, problems with the rear brake too. I was told I won't have a warranty from them, just breakdown cover! They don't look after the cars at all! They won't pay for the repairings! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
Visited Hilton Cars with my family, very pleasant staff and friendly environment.We have previously purchased 3 car from Hilton Cars and never had an issue. Would recommend if u are looking for a good car at a reasonable price .
