Absolutely Terrible Service, Full of Lies

Absolutely disgusted with the service received, spoke to sales guy on 5 separate occastions to ask if the car is available during the week, spoke to him on the day i went to see the car on Saturday 1st of June , he advised car has come back from prep and ready to view, drove 1 and a half hours to view the car only to be told car is still awaiting prep not even at the site, couldn't test drive, waited 40 mins to be seen even though i had an appointment, manager took my details and said once car has been prepped and cleaned he will call me on Monday 3rd of June, still awaiting call, rang again on Thursday 6th June was told i will get a call back no call, rang today said i was being transferred to the manager on hold for 12 mins no one answered, also told car has now been transferred from the leighton buzzard branch to the london branch without any reason and price increased, finally put the phone down, stay away from this company, all i got was lies from them, not even been compensated for the fuel

Shocking Experience £727 lost and we’ve been duped.
We put our car into a Dealer Auction via Carwow. Hilton Garage won the auction and therefore provisionally bought our car. The day of collection they sent out a car transporter to collect the car. After umming and ahhing he advised that the garage may take some money off the agreed price as there ‘extra scratches’. He would need to speak to them and they would come back with a revised figure. 20 m
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The worst customer service I have ever received. The car I bought had two issues, the person I dealt with assured me these would be resolved easily and all covered by warranty. I am now months on and have been emailing and phoning daily and am yet to have my issue resolved. At every stage I am promised a call back and never receive one. Each time I

I looked to buy a nearly new car from Hilton. At the time of my visit I didn't have the car I wanted to trade with me as it was in a garage for a full service. We agreed a price and arranged for collection a week or so after. On the day I arrived with my car and was told that they would inspect it just to make sure there was no damage etc. When the salesman came back he listed faults that were new
Terrible
Terrible. This was my 4th car from Hilton Garage over the years and what started as an impressive outfit have declined considerably and now operate like a dodgy back street car dealer from the 80's. So I bought an A7, reg A7XYO, from them. I highlighted some paint repairs and a tyre with a chunk out of the sidewall that needed replacing to the salesman Adam which was agreed as was the ful
The second time I’ve had disgusting customer service
They sold me my Maserati and delivered it with the thermostat broken plus my air conditioning wasn’t working. It was sent back and the thermostat was fixed but the air conditioning still isn’t working properly. I have also now received the car back with my rear window heater not working and I am out of my 3 months warranty with them. On top of that they have also got some reason replaced my nice s
Car broke down after 3 months
Not only did they up the price of delivery AFTER I bought the car, but the car broke down a few weeks after the 3-month warranty. I phoned them, but they said there was nothing they could do. Don't walk away from this dealership, run.
AVOID AVOID AVOID - Sell Faulty Cars
If I could give 0 stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I purchased a car from Aylesbury recently and within 2 days of having the car the engine management light came on. I called on the day and was told to drive it around and see if the light goes off, obviously this was not something I was prepared to do and they agreed that I could bring the car back for inspection. This was a 2 hour drive to re
