Avoid at all costs!!!!

I brought an Audi A4 from these guys in July 2015. The first problem I had with them is after we agreed on the sale they dropped in there was £100+ "administration" fee that they didn't mention on the website! They gave a 12 month MOT certificate that had 2 very minor advisories on it. After initial driving the car to get used to it something just didn't feel right so took the car along to my local garage to check it over. The list of problems they found stunned me some of which make the car unsafe & dangerous to drive! 1) O/S rear brake caliper leaking brake fluid 2) Both front shock absorbers leaking fluid 3) O/S rear shock absorber leaking fluid 4) Upper suspension arms N/S & O/S have split bushes 5) Both lower front suspension arm ball joint gaitors split 6) Nearside rear coil spring broken 7) N/S rear anti roll bar link has play in ball joint 8) Front brake discs inner surface corroded. Total cost to fix these problems is £1300 & advertised mileage was lower than genuine mileage!

Not only did they up the price of delivery AFTER I bought the car, but the car broke down a few weeks after the 3-month warranty. I phoned them, but they said there was nothing they could do. Don't walk away from this dealership, run.

Absolutely terrible experience!!!

I’ve bought Mercedes C class from there. Regret. I have been reassured that car have sensors (very important for me), gone home no front one. Car did not have log book, have been informed after I’ve paid for it. Have been also informed that there is service on the car. Did not check on the spot because could not dream ‘professional dealer’ would sell a car which has not been serviced for 3 years.
