AVOID Do NOT buy from here

My partner bought a car from here and as most of the reviews, he discovered all sorts of problems with the car after leaving the garage with it.

We spent months trying to get the garage to fix the problems. We phoned lots of times and would be on hold for almost an hour each time then get cut off or be told we’d get a phone back which never happened. Their customer service skills are non-existent. It’s just shows that they know they are selling cars that are not road worthy as they try to avoid the customer instead of doing the right thing & fixing things.

We took the car to a main dealership garage to have them look at it and they told us that the car had been tampered with to switch off warning lights.

Hilton Car Supermarket & their staff are so dodgy I do wonder where they get their cars from and they certainly don’t do any checks to make sure they’re safe for customers.

We eventually got a refund but only after getting the car finance involved as we were paying for a car we couldn’t even drive
