Unprofessional time waters

I bought a car from this dealership and I wish I had read some of the reviews online before buying from them. As soon as I was leaving the dealership the engine warning light came on this was after I had cleared all the funds and being told the car was in perfect condition which was total bullsh*t. The employees that work at this place look like they have no clue about cars whatsoever and each time I had gone back there seems to be clients either returning a faulty car or asking for a refund. I'm a very patient guy but this dealership put me to the limit so much I didn't bother arguing to get my petrol money so I just retuned the faulty car with the full tank and the ( so called manager of the place ) looks like he has absolutely zero customer service experience. I was going to be nice and return the car key but I decided to keep it after they refused to refund my money back and didn't even apologise. So if you're buying from this place ,I'd recommend you read the reviews online first.

Dealers response

Hi Anthony and once again i apologise for the fact that the engine management light became illuminated on you 14 year old Nissan 300z with 120+k miles on it shortly after purchase, As you are aware we asked that you left the car with us as it was a fault on the cooling fan that left the engine light illuminated and was a straight forward repair that was to be free of charge to yourself, I understand that this was not acceptable to you as you had only just bought the car and demanded a full refund that given to you without hesitation. You was that unhappy you decided to steal the spare key for the car and not return it as a protest because you had put some fuel in the car and demanded we bought it off you, which unfortunately we where not able to do. West midlands police where informed and i believe there was a pending prosecution for the theft of the key which it appears you have now returned. Once again i understand your frustration but we did try to resolve your issues but you was adamant we couldn't. Please understand that used vehicles do occasionally have issues but we are here to help, we have a team of excellent mechanics and a fully equipped workshop with full dealer diagnostics so most issues can be remedied on the spot. You have also mentioned lots of negative reviews, Please understand that we sell in excess of 1500 cars annually and have a couple of disgruntled customers like your self over the last 20 years of service, I do hope this helps resolve your gripe with the company but if not feel free to call me anytime to discuss this matter further.

Absolutely disgusting service
My husbands is physically disabled with very limited mobility, and responsible for doing the school run for our two small children every day as I work full time. His car broke down, and he went to Hearsall Common Car Sales and bought a car to keep us going for £2250. Within literally a couple of weeks this car broke down. With it being within the months warranty, my husband took it back to the ga

Shocking experience. I bought an 07 Freelander for £6350 on 21/12/21. The car wasn't ready when I got to the garage, it arrived for me to drive home with three warning messages - low coolant, low washer fluid, bonnet open. Clearly they do not even check the levels when a car goes out. These faults were corrected but on driving the car it was immediately apparent the clutch pedal travel was irregul

Purchased a car from these guys on 16th July, 23rd July the car failed to unlock and obviously start. Flat battery, we jumped it charged and same again 24th July contact ed them about a faulty battery, had the battery tested by the AA, showing fault. Garage wanted us to return to be given a wrong sized andband incorrectly rated used battery, which we refuse. We offered the garage a 50/50 s

Justs spent nearly £600 on brake pads, discs, tyres for a car we brought a few weeks ago. Not sure how this company have stayed in business for so long. I wonder if "a mate" does the MOTs.

I bought a B Class Mercedes. The car is a cracking example, the service is exactly as I could have asked for, having trolled around garage after garage. In my experience there is nothing to fault with Hearsall Car sales. To those who knock em....If you want to pay main dealer prices - go to a main dealer and buy new. Thankyou for a great service, the car does exactly as I can expect. I'll be bac

I found a dealer who I thought was trustworthy and honest and they appeared to be at the beginning until they had my funds only to find out later that this was not the case The vehicle I purchased was a motorhome under the stipulation that it had to be max 3500kg the dealer sold me this vehicle on that bases but stated they did not have the log book as it had been sent to the dvla to update to t
Was exactly what we wanted.
No pushy sales, very polite and good cars at great prices, Big garage with lots of choice.
Very good experience.
After reading the other reviews after purchase i thought i would leave my 2 pence worth and state that we are on our second purchase with these guys and genuinely have not had any concerns. We had an issue with our first car 2 years ago some 2 months after purchase and it was sorted straight away with out any kind of issue, Great communication, great deal, great price and great car!! we will be se
