poor car sales new and old experience

Please be very aware of this dealership serious issues we have had with them.

2nd hand dealership issues

1. Had a stone chip on the bonnet was told it would be repaired good as new.

2. Expected to collect the car in 7 days on seeing it, I got told it was not repaired be ready in

3. 3 days later, viewed car with the intention of purchasing it.

4. Dent had just been pushed out and painted over the small rust mark clearly still showing not as good as new as was promised.

5. Told them was not going to except it like that.

6. They said they would send it to the paint shop and get it done properly!

7.My gut instinct was to leave it and look elsewhere.

Hubby was taken by the new offers on the CRV at that time.

Offer that was advertised was:-

Money off, interest free credit, 5 year service plan and a free upgrade on the next model. Plus free MOT`s for life. 5 years free motoring only tax and insurance to purchase perfect we both thought.

New vehicle dealership issues

1. No 5 year service plan as promised with the agreement on buying a new vehicle told by the sales man.

2. Vehicle was not in when we were told it was ready for collection twice

3. The tow bar fitted was too close to the vehicle you could see it was too close to the bumper.

4. The under carriage protection plate was not refitted and was missing.

5. Extra Items requested have been substituted with a cheaper product.

6. No proper new inspection vehicle checks (PDI check) 3 areas on the interior were damaged.

7. After requesting a full size spare wheel. No spare wheel

8. Went back to the dealer ship again saying we have had nothing about the service plan?

9. They said oh it will be in the New Year don’t worry about it!

10. It has not turned up April 2013.

Went again to the dealer ship oh it’s not a problem was told the person who processed the paper work only has to click a box that has been overlooked we can sort that out for you.
