Do not buy from this dealer

I bought a car from them last month. The advert said the car had a modified exhaust and when I asked what the modification was I was told it had a catback exhaust. They told me it would have a new MOT and would be valeted before I picked it up. The Valeting wasn't done or if it was it was done poorly as I found coffee stains on the passenger side of the center console. I later found out that the car infact didn't have a catback exhaust and was actually a complete decat exhaust meaning it had no catalytic converter. I specifically had asked multiple times if it had one and was told yes. An independent garage carried out an emissions test after I found out it didn't have one and it showed the car should have failed its MOT. They are trying to now wash their hands of it and say its not their problem. I have reported them to trading standards and filed a complaint with the consumer ombudsman regarding the issue.

I purchased a car from this place. The following day the car stopped working. After a very bad experience with this man, Mohammed.... he eventually gave me a refund. He is an untrusty person and sells rubbish cars to the public. KEEP CLEAR !!

Sold a broken car and the company would not refund

Pleasure to deal with

I was wary...being a non Londoner and buying from the internet, but have to say dealing with Raj and his team has been a pleasure. Car was better than expected, and a couple of small problems I found a week later, were sorted in one visit with no problems or attitude. Will happily deal with them again. Cheers guys

Owner is extremely rude and aggressive when backed into a corner.
