These are the type of car operators that give the motor trade a bad name.

We purchased a 4x4 from these cowboys about 8 months ago and have had felt totally ripped off from day one. We are still waiting to this day to have work completed and fed up with the catalogue of excuses that they are too busy to fit it in or someone has gone sick or someone is on holiday. The car was advertised with tax yet when we first inspected it the tax was run out. We were told "we'll sort the tax for you" only to find we were charged for it upon collection. When we found that they had changed the number plate and reattached one with odd wood screws, we became suspicious of other details. They said it had been recently serviced but we found the air filter hadn't been changed in an age. The DVLC said that they never received the Logbook from them, I had to chase that up myself. They agreed to do some body work on the car when we bought it which wasn't done when we picked it up. I have had it booked in on at least 3 occasions to have this work done and taken time off work to take it to Exeter. Each time it has been cancelled. One time I actually left the car with them for a day and when I picked it up at the end of the day it wasn't done with the reason that it was going to take two days to fix so would have to be booked in again. I have never dealt with a garage that has given me so many excuses. It has been a very stressful experience and I would warn anyone thinking of buying a car from them to be very aware. These are the type of car operators that give the motor trade a bad name.
